Welcome to Brothers Studio!

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Brothers Studio App (“Application”), operated by [Nama Perusahaan Kamu] (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

1. Description of Service

   The Application is provided for customers of Brothers Studio at tourist photography locations to:

   • Access their digital photos

   • View and download purchased or assigned photos

   • Manage their account

   The Application is intended solely for lawful personal use.

2. User Account

   To use the Application, users must sign in using Google authentication.

   By signing in, you agree that:

   • The information provided (name, email, profile photo) is accurate.

   • You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account.

   • You will not attempt to impersonate another person.

   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Photo Access and Availability

   • Photos are stored temporarily for a maximum of 12 (twelve) days.

   • After 12 days, photos are automatically deleted from the server.

   • Users are responsible for downloading and saving their photos before the deletion period ends.

   • We are not responsible for loss of photos after the retention period expires.

4. Intellectual Property

   All content within the Application, including but not limited to:

   • Software

   • Design

   • Logos

   • Branding

   • System architecture

   is owned by the Company or Brothers Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

   Users may not:

   • Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce the Application

   • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

   • Use the Application for unauthorized commercial purposes

5. User Conduct

   You agree not to:

   • Use the Application for unlawful activities

   • Attempt unauthorized access to the system

   • Interfere with the operation or security of the Application

   • Upload malicious content or harmful software

6. Limitation of Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by law:

   • The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”.

   • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

   • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

   • We are not responsible for data loss beyond the 12-day storage period.

7. Privacy

   Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

   We may suspend or terminate access to the Application if:

   • You violate these Terms
